It should come as no surprise that the corporate pedophilic elites controlling the global economy are also eugenicists. Epstein, Musk, and Trump exemplify the non-accidental relationship between pedophilia and eugenics – interconnected systems of oppression that inflict sexual, physical, and emotional violence on individuals deemed “undeveloped” or “impaired.” 

Jeffrey Epstein

Epstein apparently believed in both selective breeding programs and gene-editing science as mechanisms for creating a “superior” stock of humans – people with characteristics like his own. 

According to reporting by the Guardian, “Epstein hoped to seed the human race with his DNA by impregnating women at his ranch in New Mexico.” His “goal was to have 20 women at a time impregnated” at his secret breeding facility, “where women, including minors, were allegedly abused.”   

Epstein’s ambitions extended beyond selective breeding. He donated $6.5 million dollars of his ill-gotten fortune to Harvard’s Program for Evolutionary Dynamics (PED), with which he was “deeply involved”: “Office 610 in the PED building was known as ‘Jeffrey’s Office’. Epstein visited several times each year, scheduling meetings with [mathematical biologist Martin] Nowak and other academics in the area,” reports Nature. According to Jesse Kass, a graduate student at Harvard between 2003 and 2009, “It’s unheard of for somebody who’s providing funding to be engaged with the actual research on that level.” Epstein was not merely a donor – he was personally invested in shaping the direction of evolutionary science.

The field of Evolutionary Dynamics includes “the mathematical modeling of discrete heritable characteristics,” the study of genetic fitness (i.e., which genes “win” in competitive environments), and population genetics (i.e., how genes spread) – topics of interest to eugenicists. Basically, Evolutionary Dynamics provides a theoretical basis for the practice of “genetic enhancement” by reifying a hierarchy of “genetic fitness” and explaining how certain genes can be given a competitive advantage. This no doubt captivated Epstein, who sought to create a “superior” class of humans, first through selective breeding (including rape and forced birth), and later through the use of emerging gene-editing technologies.  

It should also surprise no one that Harvard accepted money and input from a pedophilic eugenicist. Harvard has a long history of eugenics, with former Harvard president Charles William Elliot being “an outspoken supporter of” anti-miscegenation laws, anti-immigration laws, and the “forced sterilization of people declared to be ‘feebleminded,’ physically disabled, [or] ‘criminalistic,” according to Harvard Magazine. Eliot stated that “each nation should keep its stock pure…There should be no blending of races,” and Americans should “protect themselves from moral degeneracy” by “purifying” the nation’s genetic stock.   

Harvard “was more central to American eugenics than any other university… [and has been called the ‘brain trust’ of twentieth-century eugenics.” Throughout the 19^th Century, “the Harvard faculty contained some of nation’s most influential eugenics thinkers, in an array of academic disciplines.” Philosophers may recognize names such as Oliver Wendell Homes Sr., Dean of the Medical School; A. Lawrence Lowell, President from 1909 to 1933; the prominent biologist Edward M. East; and the economist Frank W. Taussig. These are just some of the many Harvard scholars who promoted eugenics, supported eugenic research, and made pronouncement like, “The need for homogeneity in a democracy [justifies eugenics]” (Lowell), “The negro is inferior to the white” (East), and “The human race could be immensely improved… if those of poor physical and mental endowment were prevented from multiplying” (Taussig). What better institution for Epstein to invest his blood money? 

Elon Musk

The world’s richest man, Elon Musk, shares Epstein’s desire to “seed his DNA”: “Musk has solicited women to have his babies on X, shelled out millions of dollars to keep the mothers of his many kids quiet, and talked privately about wanting to sire ‘legion-level’ numbers of children ‘before the apocalypse,’” reports Vanity Fair. He currently has 14 children and hopes to have more with the use of “surrogates” to prevent (what he sees as) the collapse of modern civilization: “To reach legion-level before the apocalypse we will need to use surrogates,” he texted. This echoes the classic eugenicist rhetoric about women’s “duty” to propagate the white race – as well as the Black slave population – a colonial strategy that has been used to justify organized rape, forced breeding, and patriarchal oppression. The logic goes: If women don’t consent to breed, they must be forced for the sake of mankind.   

Like Epstein, Musk is interested in promoting eugenics beyond selective breeding. R. Sanchez Rivera explainsthat Musk, who identifies as a “transhumanist,” is invested in “a broader mission to harness science and technology for human advancement.” This mission reflects a wider commitment amongst technocratic billionaires to advance “neo-eugenics,” a combination of “transhumanism” and “far-right” extremism aimed at “construct[ing] a ‘fitter’ population deemed better equipped to withstand existential risk.” In other words, rich technocrats are trying to revive classic eugenics using modern technologies. The underlying rationale remains the same: population control is required to save the world.   

Musk also appears to hold eugenic (indeed, neo-Nazi) attitudes towards disabled people. To give just a few examples, he repeatedly uses the r-word on X, with his earliest usage “correlate[ing] with a 200% spike in usage of the word” on the platform; he gave a Nazi salute at Trump’s inauguration; and as head of DOGE, he slashed funding to Medicaid, “which was created in part to ensure people with disabilities had access to affordable healthcare.” Musk, who is cited in the Epstein files for “cordially messaging” Epstein and “making plans to visit Epstein’s island,” seemingly shared Epstein’s ambition to “purify” the human genome with a combination of selective breeding and gene-editing science. 

Donald Trump

Donald Trump, a convicted sex offender who is mentioned in the Epstein files tens of thousands of times, is another neo-eugenicist. His eugenic policies include “invoking eugenics-era precedents in seeking to bar immigration by those who might become a ‘public charge’”; endorsing “a herd-immunity approach to the Covid-19 pandemic” specifically, and chronic illness in general; and over-incarcerating disabled people (and other oppressed minorities) in “congregate settings,” such as nursing homes, prisons, and meatpacking plants, according to Samuel Bagenstos. The President told his nephew Fred Trump that disabled people “should just die,” and his political decisions have put this belief into practice.  

Philosophy and Pedophilic Eugenics

In summary, the corporate pedophilic elites controlling the global economy are using their ill-gotten wealth and power to promote, fund, and sanitize neo-eugenics. If any academics are unaware of the intimate, non-accidental, structural connections between pedophilia and eugenics, this is their wake-up call. Pedophilic elites are, and always have been, eugenicists.

The colonizers and slave-traders of the 16^th-19^th Centuries were pedophilic rapists. Christopher Columbus “was a pedophile happily involved in the en masse rape of native girls as young as nine.” The European colonial project in in general thrived on child rape and sex trafficking. Colonizers reproduced the slave population through “forced breeding,” or the systematic rape of enslaved persons, including children. Much of Western science comes from trafficking, sexual abuse, and non-consensual experimentation on children. From this pedophilic rape culture emerged “western civilization,” an extension of these practices, whitewashed by the liberal rhetoric of “rationality,” “human rights,” and “scientific progress.” As my friends in decolonial philosophy have argued, these buzz words were never anything but a cover for the perpetuation of colonialism – a global system of human trafficking.

Pedophiles demand unfettered sexual access to vulnerable populations, including children, in order to “seed the human race with their DNA.” If they can rape children, they can rape adults, too. Legalized child rapeguarantees rich pedophiles the sexual access they need to carry out their eugenic plans. It is not an accident, in other words, that eugenicists are pedophiles. A society that criminalizes child rape restricts eugenicists’ access to docile bodies. Therefore, eugenicists are deeply invested in adult supremacy and child exploitation.  

Pedophiles also believe they are entitled to rape children because children are inferior – that is, children are disabled or – to use Musk’s favorite word – re***ded compared to adults. Ableism justifies pedophiles’ perceived entitlement to use, abuse, and exploit children qua “undeveloped humans” – just as they do to disabled adults and nonhuman animals. For Epstein, might makes right: if you are young, disabled, or vulnerable in any way, you deserve to be preyed upon. This is the logic of a pedophile – the same logic enshrined in the Social Darwinism of the eugenic movement, which holds that “the weak shall perish.”  

Pedophilic eugenicists want to spread their DNA, creating descendants to carry on their legacy. They do not value biodiversity, difference, vulnerability, interdependence, or playfulness – core values of critical disability theory. Instead, they want to “save the world” by creating a depressingly homogenous population of joyless bureaucrats – people like them. 

The other day, Eric Schwitzgebel cited an interesting paper by Olivia Bailey and Thi Ngyuen on why moral diversity is beneficial, and he illustrated this point with a thought experiment: 

My favorite approach to thinking about intrinsic value is the Distant Planet Thought Experiment. Imagine a planet on the far side of the galaxy…, a planet we’ll never see or interact with. What would we hope for on this planet…? Would you hope that its life consists entirely of microbes? Or would you hope that it teems with diverse life: reefs and rainforests, beetles and bats, squid and bees and ferns and foxes…

Pedophilic eugenicists do not hope that the Distant Planet “teems with diverse life.” They hope that it teems with people like them – “genetic elites,” created from their own genetic “seeds.” They imagine this planet as something akin to Gattaca, where elites share eerily similar genetic profiles, while genetic “invalids” are relegated to a lifetime of indentured servitude. (This is the goal of all eugenicists, who believe their genes entitle them to social privilege). Pedophiles want to bring about this future with rape and gene-editing science.  

Critical Disability Theory as Resistance

Disabled philosophers have always been against this eugenic fantasy. Rosemarie Garland-Thomson, for example, argues that disability is a valuable source of biodiversity that we should conserve and protect. Amanda Williams argues that youthism just is ableism: youth and disability are mutually constructed as “impaired,” rendering young and disabled people vulnerable to oppression and abuse. Elsewhere, I have defended the conservation of disability and crip culture, as well as the liberation of youths. These are not two separate projects, but two sides of the same project: dismantling the culture of pedophilic eugenics. 

Dare I suggest that philosophers invest in critical disability theory, which is inherently anti-eugenic, as well as the (related) literature on children’s liberation, of which I am a staunch advocate? Ableism and youthism are inherently linked, as both leverage the notion of “impairment” or “underdevelopment” to justify the exploitation and trafficking of children and disabled adults. These oppressions converge in the global system of pedophilic eugenics.
