I have been wondering whether NAZA, the outstanding new documentary film about the Israeli Defense Force’s (IDF’s) use of AI in the genocide of Palestinians in Gaza (directed by Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor and produced by The Guardian and some of the makers of the brilliant and chilling film Zone of Interest) would soon be showing at one of the other-than-mainstream theatres in Hamilton (the Canadian city in which I live). The film was given world-wide circulation earlier this month.
I was pleased to learn yesterday that the Playhouse Cinema in town is showing NAZA a few times next week. I will definitely go to one of the showings, probably Sunday. Ingrid Robeyns has written a review of the film at The Crooked Timber. You will find Robeyns’s review here: NAZA – on being a cog in a machine — Crooked Timber
